We have some serious smoothie equipment onboard our yachts, capable of producing enough super-smoothies for you all day long. We have some fantastic recipes, you will love them, and they are easy to make at home too!
Since our nutritionists promised to take care of your body, in our smoothies we opt for brightly colored veggies with a splash of coconut or mineral water and naturally sweetened seasonal fruits, instead of banana domination, whole milk, and peanut butter. So you treat yourself to a delicious pack of vitamins that will boost your energy in the morning, help your digestion during the day, and enhance your sleep in the evening.
We use local products and quite often have to improvise, but it always works out, youa��ll love it! Here is some of the stuff we blend.
